Active Policy

All course materials, videos, and eBooks are the intellectual property of Raly Solutions and are licensed for your personal use only
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly display any content without explicit written permission from Raly Solutions
Unauthorized use of any content will result in immediate account termination

Access to course content is granted upon successful payment and subject to our refund policy
Active subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials

Milestone Payment Structure: By choosing an installment payment plan, you acknowledge you are registering for the complete training program and not purchasing individual modules. Course content is unlocked in stages upon successful clearance of Milestone payments.
Automatic Billing Authorization: You authorize Raly Solutions to automatically charge your saved Stripe payment method off-session for scheduled milestone payments when they become due (either 21 days after enrollment/completion of the previous milestone, or upon milestone content unlock completion, whichever occurs first).
Course Access Restrictions: Failure to clear a milestone charge will result in suspension of course access, instructor support, certificate eligibility, and clinical placement until the account is brought current.
Tuition Recovery & Collections: Tuition payment plans are provided as a financial accommodation. In the event of missed, declined, or unpaid balances past the 14-day grace period, the account will be marked delinquent, access revoked, and referred to collection services for recovery of the remaining tuition balance, plus administrative and legal fees.

All live sessions and discovery calls must be booked through our official scheduling system
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule

Raly Solutions is not liable for technical interruptions, errors, or delays in content access beyond our reasonable control
Our education content is provided as a tool for learning. Certification exam outcomes are the sole responsibility of the student
